my leg is aching uP slowly~
and i guess by tmr,i cant walk really well~

today 15km was erhm,not good~
my leg was aching all the way since dunno how many km~
but still i finished the whole 15km race~
within erhm 2hrs+~
ok i know im lOusy~
so~
i guess more training still need tO be done~
but neverless
im proud of myself lol~haaa
