ahlOoooo LOUSI KOO~ i wanna meet him and erhmm hug him wahaaa~
recently there's a new trend @ work~
1st) Straight away disappeared after Annual Leave.
(change hp number,no notice,no call,no reply)
2nd) Keep taking mc & absence, mc & absence.
3rd) Disappeared after taking pay slip @ end of month.
So ppl tell me which one sld i follow??? haaa~cos my Adorn dun let me go~

another 10km run~
but this time kind of disappointed~
cos i was late by 1 min~ compare to my 1st time Standard Chartered 10km~ nvm,buck uP more for the Great Eastern in oct =)


its easy tO type a resignation letter~
its easy to retype another CV~

im in a dilema now~
i've been shouting for freedom from wOrk~
well,actually now i can escape~
with the help from blah blah blah~
*ask me personally plz as i've no idea maybe someone from my work might be reading it*

i can jolly well quit straight~
and got another job in no time~
with higher pay of cos~
better bOss~
and a new change in enviroment~
of different workscope~
and much more busy~

in another case~

The fastest way to increase the quality of sleep is to get into a exercise regimen, if you already do not do so. Exercise helps the quality of sleep in numerous ways, not to mention the other health benefits it has on your body.
